These Terms & Conditions apply to all physiotherapy services provided by Ben Bailey – Movement & Recovery Physiotherapy. By booking and attending an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services Provided

​

Physiotherapy assessment and treatment services are provided by Ben Bailey, a registered physiotherapist. Services may be delivered in-clinic or at your home, as agreed at the time of booking.

1.1 Working as an Associate at The Treatment Table

​

I provide physiotherapy services both independently under Ben Bailey – Movement & Recovery Physiotherapy and as an associate practitioner at The Treatment Table.

Where you book an appointment directly with Ben Bailey – Movement & Recovery Physiotherapy, these Terms & Conditions apply.

Where you book or attend appointments through The Treatment Table, their own booking, payment, cancellation, and service policies may also apply. In these circumstances, The Treatment Table operates as a separate service provider for relevant administrative and facility-related aspects of your appointment.

If you are unsure which Terms & Conditions apply to your booking, please ask at the time of booking or refer to The Treatment Table’s published policies.

2. Appointments & Booking

​

Appointments can be booked online, by email, or in person. When booking, you agree to provide accurate contact details and relevant health information to allow safe and effective treatment.

3. Payment

​

Payment is due at the time of appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking. Receipts can be provided on request.

4. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

​

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full. This applies to both clinic and home visit appointments.

5. Home Visits

​

For home visit appointments, you agree to provide a safe and suitable environment for treatment. You also agree to inform the physiotherapist of any access or parking restrictions in advance. Travel charges may apply and will be agreed at the time of booking.

6. Health & Safety

​

You agree to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, or recent changes in health that may affect your treatment. Treatment will only be provided with your informed consent.

7. Clinical Responsibility

​

Physiotherapy aims to improve function and reduce pain; however, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Treatment plans are based on clinical assessment and best available evidence.

8. Data Protection

​

Your personal and health information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website.

​

9. Complaints

​

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please contact Ben Bailey directly so the issue can be addressed. If unresolved, you may escalate your complaint to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy or the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

10. Changes to Terms

​

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
