This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be provided for physiotherapy services delivered by Ben Bailey – Movement & Recovery Physiotherapy.

1. Payments

Payment is due at the time of appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance. By making payment, you are reserving a dedicated appointment time.

2. Cancellations
​
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, no charge will apply and any prepaid fees will be fully refunded or transferred to a future booking.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are normally charged in full and are non-refundable, as the appointment time cannot usually be reallocated.

3. Home Visit Appointments
​
For home visits, travel time is reserved in addition to treatment time. Late cancellations or missed home visit appointments may be charged in full, including any agreed travel fee.

4. Treatment Satisfaction
​
Physiotherapy outcomes vary between individuals. However, if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your appointment, please contact me directly. I will always aim to resolve concerns fairly and may offer a partial refund or complimentary follow-up session where appropriate.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
​
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances such as illness, emergencies, or events outside your control. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. How Refunds Are Issued
​
Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Working as an Associate at The Treatment Table
​
Where appointments are booked or paid through The Treatment Table, their refund and cancellation policies may apply. In these circumstances, refund requests should be directed to The Treatment Table in line with their published policies.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
